- Grab the bar with your palms facing forward
- Lean back slightly, keeping your chest up 
- Bring the bar down to your upper chest engaging your lats throughout the exercise
- Pause and return to the initial position

Lat pulldown

- Curl the dumbbells up 
- Rotate your wrists at the top 
- Lower the weights with your palms facing the ground
- Focus on a slow controlled movement

Dumbbell Zottman Curl*

- Hinge at the hips and come down with a neutral spine
- Pull the dumbbell up engaging your lat
- Keep your core tight focus on a slow controlled movement

DB Single Arm Bent Over Row*

- Lying face down on the ground, arms and legs extended
- Raise both your arms and your legs 
- Engaging your glutes as you lift
- Pause at the top
- Lower back to starting position

- Perform 7 bottom half curls
- Perform 7 top half curls
- Perform 7 full curls

Easy at home workout w minimum equipment! Loved it

Def stuff I already did in the gym, one of the exercises I didn't understand how it worked the shoulders. I'll def be sore tomorrow though!

Felt great! Glad I can go at my own pace and use a comfortable weight

Nice way to switch up my program and test my weights!

Due to work I had to switch my rest day.  I live in upstate NY so my rest day included shoveling snow.

Love it as normal but tweaked my hip urgggg! so I stopped and did another body part!

Had to hit this one this week because I couldn’t get to the gym for the glute/leg workout today. But I’m going tomorrow to make it happen! Going to be a glute/legs and chest and Tri day 🥳

This one was really hard for me. I never expect that some body weight workouts are going to push me to failure. I really pushed myself to the end here!
