Easy and delicious breakfast idea!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Old fashioned Oats
1/2 Milk of choice
1/2 Vanilla Greek yogurt or your yogurt of choice
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Honey
Cinnamon to taste
Top with fruits, nutella, peanut butter, nuts, etc. 

my go-to toppings: almond butter and strawberries

Directions:
Add yogurt and milk and stir to combine
Stir in chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon
Stir in your oats
Add your toppings (toppings can also be added when you’re ready to eat)
Store in fridge in an air right container overnight or at least 3 hours
