Meet Elyssa + Tawni

WellMethod was created by lifelong friends Tawni and Elyssa, who met as competitive gymnasts at just 12 years old. What began as a shared love of movement and strength grew into a lifelong passion for helping women build strong, capable bodies. Today, both are mothers of three and understand firsthand the demands of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and motherhood. After more than a decade of working in the fitness industry, they created WellMethod to give women training and nutrition guidance that supports real life. Their mission is to help women build strength, support metabolic health, and feel confident in every season of life.

Who created these programs?
Elyssa Rose and Tawni — co-founders of WellMethod. Elyssa is a registered nurse, labor and delivery specialist, neuromuscular therapist, and perinatal coach with 17 years of experience. Tawni is a certified personal trainer with pre and postnatal specialization. Together they bring clinical expertise, real-world coaching experience, and personal lived experience through their own pregnancies and recoveries to every program they build.
Is there support available if I have questions?
Yes. Monthly live Q&As give you direct access to ask questions specific to your program. Education modules are added monthly to address the topics our community is asking about most.
