Personal Trainer

My name is Vlad Matvey! I'm a fitness content creator and fitness coach. I help people lose weight and gain muscles through my workouts and programs or in my 1-on-1 coaching mentoring. My whole life I have been doing sports from gymnastics and basketball to BMX and boxing. But 6 years ago I went to the local gym for the first time and I fell in love with training. I know it sounds funny but it literally changed my life. Since then no matter what happens bad or good I know that I can always go to the gym and train and I'll feel happy like a little kid. I'm not the biggest, not the strongest but I just love it!
Goals
My programs here will help you build as much lean muscle mass as you possibly can, lose weight, get six-pack abs and get that aesthetic body! I like simplicity so here you won't find something that is too complex. I prefer the classical bodybuilding style, feeling the pump and enjoying it. I don't do powerlifting so you probably won't find it here either. In the future, I'll create more advanced programs and also bodyweight-only programs that you can do at home.

You will find programs that require a gym and programs that you can do at home with no equipment (maybe a backpack)
