Hello! I’m Vicky (Vix) and my mission is to inspire and support people to practise yoga. Yoga has helped me through so many periods of my life, through injury, anxiety, heartbreak and all the in betweens.
Now my purpose is to support others to take their practise to the next level, breaking throughout plateaus and perceived barriers to build physical and mental strength. At the heart of it, yoga is about love, compassion, kindness and connection, which we can achieve through a committed and dedicated practise.
I’ve been practising yoga since 2017 and have completed teacher trainings in Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa and the core teachings of the yoga tradition. i love strong and dynamic practises that incorporate drills and progressions to make those postures you never thought you would be able to do, become possible!
