I’m Victoria—I’m a registered yoga instructor, content creator and corporate lawyer living in Houston, Texas. I wandered into a yoga class during law school and unknowingly changed the course of my life. Yoga helped me unlock physical, mental and spiritual strength I never knew I had. What are the goals of this program?
This program is for you if: • You want to reflect on your identity—think your confidence, your communication skills, your spirituality, your expression of love—and head into your next chapter more balanced • You want to build a movement, meditation and journaling routine • You want to gain experience practicing vinyasa yoga and learn how to flow on your own on your mat without cues
What’s the schedule?
This is a 7-day program with daily classes. Each day, we’ll do a vinyasa flow, a guided meditation and we’ll journal. This program is designed to take about one hour per day total. Feel free to stretch it out and work through the content on your own time—the 7 day framework is just a suggestion. 🙂
Is this program beginner friendly?
This program is taught to an intermediate level but still might be great for some beginners! I’d recommend giving it a try and seeing how you feel. This program is slower in pace than some of my other programs, but it does offer opportunities for no-cueing, self-led movement which might feel like a challenge to some practitioners! As you move through the program, remember to go at your own pace and to modify or pass on any pose that doesn’t feel right for you.
What props do I need to participate?
All flows in this program are designed with no props in mind except a yoga mat. You are welcome to use any props you have and know how to use. But all you need is yourself and your mat!
