Hello, my name is Tyler Valenzia. I am a 22 year old active duty U.S. Marine stationed in San Diego, CA. Growing up I was always the smallest and skinniest kid in my peer group. One day at the early age of 14 years old, I decided to make a change in my life. I started to get interested in lifting weights and made it a goal to get bigger. This was the beginning of my fitness journey. At age 14 I weighed only 122 pounds. By age 18 at the end of my senior year of high school I weighed 200 pounds, a huge goal of mine. On my channel, I will teach you how I naturally built my physique and give you the tools that I learned from my 9+ years of lifting experience and training while serving in the military. This will include a variety of bodybuilding techniques, bodyweight / calisthenics, military style training, nutrition and lifestyle advice so that you can become the best version of yourself possible.

Goals

My Playbook will help you build more lean muscle mass, increase strength and teach you a wide variety of tips and training techniques to continue increasing muscle growth and overall performance.

Training Requirements

My workouts will require access to a gym with a variety of free weights, machines and a pull-up bar.
