1. Lat pull down 4x12 2. Standing straight arm pull downs 4x12 3. Bent over barbell rows 4x12 4. T-bar rows 4x12 5. Single arm cable pull downs 4x12 6. Machine rows 4 sets of 3 drop sets. First said should be 12+ reps till failure. Then drop the weight two more times each set until failure.

Hello, my name is Tyler Valenzia. I am a U.S. Marine and bodybuilder based in San Diego, CA. Growing up I was always the smallest and skinniest kid in my peer group. One day at the early age of 14 years old, I decided to make a change in my life. I started to get interested in lifting weights and made it a goal to get bigger. This was the beginning of my fitness journey. At age 14 I weighed only 122 pounds. By age 18 at the end of my senior year of high school I weighed 200 pounds, a huge goal of mine. On my channel, I will teach you how I naturally built my physique and give you the tools that I learned from my 10+ years of lifting experience and training while serving in the military. This will include a variety of bodybuilding techniques, bodyweight / calisthenics, military style training, nutrition and lifestyle advice so that you can become the best version of yourself possible.
