March Madness Week 2 Day 4

3 rounds + 6 flutter kicks! The complex last 2 moves made this one lengthier!! Going to finish out the 4th round on the back end 😋

This was a tough one! Almost made the full four rounds. Got through three rounds and 8/10 of the push-up pull through move.

March Madness Week 2 Day 3

Secret sauce is to write the moves down so you don’t need to switch between apps ✔️ 4 + first 2 moves then 4 tricep extensions

Liked this combo of moves! Made it four rounds and got 8 pass through forward lunges into the 5th round 🥵

March Madness Week 2 Day 2

That first move was killer! I made it four rounds and got 8 cross lunges heading into the 5th round.

3 + almost another full — got to the end of the butterfly crunches! Definitely losing time checking my stopwatch app in between 😂

March Madness Week 2 Day 1

🥵 I got 5 rounds total + all the jumping jacks from round 6!

Done! 4 + jumping jacks and rev lunges (40 reps)

MARCH MADNESS DAY 1

Weakness for me: not stopping/modifying squat jumps 

Got 4 on the dot!

Did Day 2 as well bc I can’t tomorrow! I made it through 5 rounds + the three out of the four rounds of the 6th.

MARCH MADNESS DAY 2

That first cardio moves sneaks up on ya! Made it 5 rounds + into the 6th to end with 11 of the first move!

MARCH MADNESS DAY 3

The reverse crunches definitely took some time on this one! Got 4 & up to the full 18 lunges into 5th round

Most challenging one so far! I got into the 5th round and ended on 6 counts of the right side lunges 🤪

MARCH MADNESS DAY 4

Got through 6 full rounds and made it to 4 rounds of the second move! Liked this one a lot!!

Did 6 + swings !!! Faster on this one, might be bc I had a helper on my timer 😂

Week 3 Day 1

Did this on the live, but commenting here too 😘 4 & through the running man’s of the 5th! Agreed with Emily - last move had me ☠️

Made it five full rounds and got 7 of the first move in the 6th round. Last move was sneaky hard 💪

Week 3 Day 2

This one might be the most challenging gong one yet. That first move was killer and loved the cardio to balance it out! I got 4 full rounds and three right lunges of the first move of the 5th.

4 rounds + lunges and 13 front raises! Heavy lunges had me burning 🔥

Week 3 Day 3

I got 5 rounds plus butt kicked and three dead bugs. The twist drop lunge was killlrr.

Did 5 + butt kicks and dead bugs!! Loved the cardio in this one 🔥

Week 3 Day 4

Got 5 full rounds!! Was feeling sick this week, but decided I couldn’t go to bed without trying 💪🏼 glad I did!

WEEK 4 DAY 1

3 round + touchdowns and 5 reverse dumbbells - did 20’s for deadlift squat and saw my life flash before my eyes 😬

I got three full rounds and four touch downs from the fourth round. Those deadlifts to squat were killer 💀 😜

WEEK 4 DAY 2

Those v-ups are harder then they look! I got three full rounds and 5 pull jacks from the fourth round!

WEEK 4 DAY 3

3 rounds + all the way to 11 of the o sit ups! These AMRAPs certainly got me out of my comfort zone, thank you for the awesome programming ladies 🫶

I made it three full rounds and got 6 of the oh curls in the fourth round! 
Thanks for this fun 4wk challenge!!

WEEK 4 DAY 4

Slowed it down and focused on form with this one (did 20’s for high pull which is a new PR)! 2 rounds and finished hammer curls on 3rd round

This one was a sneaky slow burner…made it three full rounds and completed the first two moves from the fourth round 🥵💪

WEEK 5 DAY 1

Couldn’t go back on my PR so used 20’s and slowed it down! Got 3 + plank jacks and 5 one legged deadlifts

I got 5 full rounds and four plank jacks from the 6th round. Like the pistol squat move - will continue to work on that 90 degree angle…!!

WEEK 5 DAY 2

I did all four rounds and got all of the three rounds of the 5th. This one got me fired up!

Did 4 + almost finished 5 - got all the way to commandos and did 3 🥴

WEEK 5 DAY 3

Just shy of exactly 5! 😭 4 rounds all the way to 7 jump squats - so 8 points almost 9! Thanks for getting me out of my comfort zone this month 🫶

I got 5 rounds on the dot! So 11 rounds! The first move was a challenging one but in a good way 🥵💪
