Just shy of exactly 5! 😭 4 rounds all the way to 7 jump squats - so 8 points almost 9! Thanks for getting me out of my comfort zone this month 🫶

I did all four rounds and got all of the three rounds of the 5th. This one got me fired up!

Couldn’t go back on my PR so used 20’s and slowed it down! Got 3 + plank jacks and 5 one legged deadlifts

I got 5 full rounds and four plank jacks from the 6th round. Like the pistol squat move - will continue to work on that 90 degree angle…!!
