I am a former dual sport athlete in Football and Track and Field. Played for the University of Michigan and also won a championship on the Track team. Had a injury that ended my career but now use my knowledge to help people reach their body goals through HIIT workouts and help athletes enhance their performance via functional movements. I have experimented my teachings on myself resulting in me being in the best shape of my life in both realms of fitness and performance. I currently compete in fitness competition, most recently winning “Austin’s Fittest” beating out others that are much younger than me in their 20s and late teens. I love helping people reach their goals and get so freaking excited to see people reach past their limits. Let’s get it !!!!

Goals

My playbook will help you shred stubborn fat while bringing out the inner athlete that lives in all of us. My workouts will be effective because it will shock your body resulting in it trying to burn more fat to create energy for movements that are new. The functional exercises will allow you to become more efficient in your movements while strengthening weak parts of the body to prevent chronic pain and injuries. My methods are effective and if you stay consistent you will see results.

Training Requirements

Depending on the type of workout, some equipment may be required. There will be no weight workouts only using body weight that can be done at home.

Accomplishments

Won Big Ten Championship in Track at University of Michigan, Won 2019 “Austin’s Fittest” Fitness Competition, Head Judge for Hyrox Fitness Competition, Qualified as one of the nations top fitness influencers for Michelob’s National Fitness Event.
