What type of workouts are you sharing? I will be sharing a variety of different workouts. These will include; muscle building by means of heavier weight lifting with compound and isolated lifts. Fat shredding workouts that will be uptempo and allow you to increase metabolism, cut that unwanted weight, and still maintain as much muscle as possible. Home workouts that will allow you to workout in the comfort of your home or outside of it with little to no equipment. Outside or Home workouts will help you maintain muscle mass, speed up your metabolism to burn excess fat, and overall improve your level of fitness. Cardio workouts that will be performed by means of HIIT, these workouts can be done in multiple ways and will allow you to burn as much fat as possible, without breaking down muscle mass. Ab routines that will help you build muscle in your core and ultimately cut into that stubborn belly fat.
Does the workouts require any equipment? Some workouts will need proper training equipment while others will need very little to no equipment. For example the muscle builder, fat shredding, and some of the core workouts will depend more on normal gym equipment (dumbbells, barbells, universal benches, racks, machines, bars, etc.). The at home or outside workouts can be done with little to no equipment whatsoever.
What’s the main goal for your workouts? The main goal is to make sure you are getting the best possible workout in that aims to progress you in the direction you want. I want you to feel like you were pushed above and beyond and that you feel one day closer to achieving your fitness goals. Every workout will be curated to hitting specific goals as well as making the most of your time. Building muscle, shredding fat, and feeling our best are the objectives of every workout.
