About Taylor FIT

Online personal trainer

My training style was built out of my own story as a dancer. Going through a terrible injury and learning the importance of proper training the hard way, I want to teach and educate dancers how to take care of their bodies when it come to recovery, training, rest, technique, movement and everything in between. These programs and classes are designed to help give you the resources and opportunity to take your training to a new level of understanding and execution. To learn to take all of the valuable information your teachers give you and not only apply it but understand it so you can continue to grow exponentially. These workouts are short and can be done as a warm up before classes, first thing in the morning, or every night. It’s just about choosing to make time

There is no require equipment for this program besides things you already have on hand like a chair. Feel free to add ankle weights to your legs or arms for added challenge.
