This 8 week program is geared for those who are at the intermediate fitness level and ready to take their workouts up a notch. 💪🏻💪🏻
We’ll be focusing on hypertrophy using the concept of progressive overload to really enhance your body’s muscle building capacity.
You’ll be doing a 4 day split, with two upper body and two lower body workouts.
Please plan your rest days accordingly and ensure you are adequately hydrated and nourished before each gym session! 💧🥦
Keep in mind, the second month of the program will be harder as you’ll be increasing the volume of reps and sets to generate more muscle gain.
