Feeling amazing but also a bit weak after this one. I had to lower the sets on both super sets but also couldn’t do the correct form with the weight I have at home so off to the store to get some lower weights for next week. I just have to remind myself I can’t do heavy weight like I used to when I’m just back at this after quite a few months 😅

WOAH! It’s been at least 6-8 months since I was in the gym the last time. This was a perfect start back but also killer. My legs haven’t felt like this in forever but I’m so proud of myself for starting this today. Gonna go take a cool off walk now😋🙂‍↕️
