About Shaina Fata

Fitness Trainer | Functional & Fun Fitness Enthusiast

Hi! I'm Shaina. My fitness journey started with yoga and lead me to mastering at-home workouts with free weights and minimal to no equipment. My passion lies in functional, creative, and fun fitness. As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today. My goal alway is to help others feel their strongest and most confident selves through the power of movement. I am currently certified in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, yoga, and health coaching. My hope is to empower you along your fitness journey - whether that's at home, in the gym, or on the go!

What does a subscription get me?
A monthly or yearly subscription gets you access to ALL of my programs and hundreds of additional workouts for as long as you are subscribed.
Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is for EVERYONE. Core workouts are easily modified and you can adjust intensity as you go!
What equipment do I need for the challenge?
You don't need any equipment for this challenge. However, if you would like to add dumbbells or kettlebells or other equipment to increase intensity, please do! However, I will not be instructing modifications for weights. You are welcome to message me any time on the app if you need help finding substitutions to increase or decrease intensity :).
How do I check-in each day? What if I fall behind?
You can skip up to TWO days of the challenge. Since these are short workouts and a short challenge, it will end promptly at EOD (midnight PST) on Monday, May 12. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHECKING IN EVERY DAY. If you do not check-in then I will count that as a skip day.
Do I have to do the challenge within the 21 days?
If you want to be considered for the grand prize at the end - then yes, you have to complete it within the 21 days. If you don't care about the prize - then just have fun and do the challenge whenever you want to! It will stay on my app FOREVER, even after the prize-winning period is over.
Where do I find the nutrition guide and recipes?
You can find my nutrition guide as well as recipes for my favorite meals under the "Extras" tab of the app. Message me any time (top right corner) if you have questions! My free macro calculator can be found on my website: www.shainafata.com/calculator
What are the prizes?
There will be one grand prize winner at the end of the challenge. Winning is based on engagement with the challenge and checking in each day!
