What are the goals of the program? Feeling confident when you workout at the gym, becoming stronger, more toned, and ultimately creating a routine for you to keep up with for years to come!
How to schedule the program into a week? Schedule a time in your day/week and stay consistent with it. If you miss a day, don’t freak out…just go the next day and do the workouts that you missed the previous day. Make it part of your routine!

How to get the best outcome of the program? Focus on you and you alone. Schedule your trip to the gym each day and try as hard as you can to stay consistent. It’s easy to bail on plans you make with yourself which is why it’s so important to make this a priority. If you really want change, you can’t flake or give up on yourself.
