Hi Guys,
I’m Sarah and my yoga/fitness journey started in 2016 due to me suffering from low self esteem and high levels of anxiety.
I have come along way since then; certifying as a yoga teacher, PT, calisthenics coach and mobility instructor. Through out this journey I have realized how much empowerment can come from using your body mindfully, how your days can be lived happier from being able to move freely and strongly through this life and this is what I aim to give people through my teachings.
You can expect themed yoga flows in my particular teaching style, mobility flows to not only open up but strengthen the joints and bodyweight workouts suitable for all levels and body types.
