Wow! Really tough workout but good!! Now that I'm in better overall shape going to start working my core and abs more. The Plank in and outs were really challenging for me. But definitely feeling it in my abs now!! Great app Sarah! Can't wait to do the other ab workouts!💪🫶🥰
