Hey, I’m Sara— a former gymnast turned competitive CrossFit athlete who found a lifelong love for lifting. Movement has always been a part of my life. From flipping around as a kid to pushing my limits in the gym, I’ve always chased strength, confidence, and challenge.
As a mom, my priorities shifted — but my passion for fitness didn’t. I learned how to train smarter, not longer. That’s why I created this space: to help women like me find time for themselves in the chaos, with quick, effective workouts that deliver real results.
I bring a background in gymnastics, years of CrossFit experience, and a love for functional training into every program. On this app, you’ll find:
