The great thing about these workouts is that you can add them on to your daily routine. They only take 10-15 minutes and can be done anywhere! The best results will come when you tighten what you want toned. Don’t just sling yourself around

These can be done daily or 3-4 times a week depending on your goals for certain areas.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Most of these 10 minute workouts will just require a mat. Some may require a set of weights and a resistance band.
