Hey friends! I'm so pumped to be on this fitness journey with you! I've come back from the dead numerous times, no kidding, and when that happens, every day is a new day. I hope these workouts come with ease, but also a good sweat. Please reach out to me along the way. I will eventually create a community for us to share what works for us all.

About the program

Hi friends! I've put my heart, sweat, and soul into these workouts so I can see how the world thinks about this almost 50 yr old mom, who has been chronically ill for the past 5 yrs. But I'm a stubborn one, and always come out stronger than the setback. Here, you will find workouts with just a ball, dumbbells, kettlebells, a barbell( should you choose to get one), a box, and our own bodyweight. I also have a bonus workout if you have a bar to hang from at home or your local gym. My goal is create a full fitness app for people like us that have good days and bad days. Some exercises can all be done from the floor, in your home. None of these require gym machines, and all were videoed at my own home, with equipment I've collected over the past few years. I myself have hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, degenerative disc disease, and a plethora of other ailments that have tailored how I now approach fitness. I welcome moms, dads, seniors, middle agers, and those that simply don't feel comfortable in a gym setting. Welcome, and I hope you enjoy moving as much as I do.

    Online personal trainer

    Hi friends! I'm Sandi, a very strong willed middle aged mom (almost 50!) who became medically disabled due to Covid wrecking havoc on my body. I have always been physically active in yoga, crossfit, and olympic weightlifting, but life had a different plan . I've gone from a licensed veterinary technician to a dog behavior trainer, all of which I love, but I have needed to be close to home since I'll never know when I'll have a flare . I made a promise to myself that if I am to go through this healing journey, and damn it, I will heal, I want to help others struggling. When I'm sedentary, I feel worse. My blood needs to stay moving , so with this new venture and passion, I have you in mind. I've created workouts for flare days, bodyweight days, and all just days having movement from home.

    I love a good dead hang from the bar because I believe it decompresses my angry spine. So while I always start workouts from a dead hang, I decided to create a workout from just the bar. I've created about 6 exercises that will help your grip strength as we age, gain deep core strength, work on pull up preparation, and simply moving like the bad ass you know you are and are going to continue to be.
