Hi friends! I've put my heart, sweat, and soul into these workouts so I can see how the world thinks about this almost 50 yr old mom, who has been chronically ill for the past 5 yrs. But I'm a stubborn one, and always come out stronger than the setback. Here, you will find workouts with just a ball, dumbbells, kettlebells, a barbell( should you choose to get one), a box, and our own bodyweight. I also have a bonus workout if you have a bar to hang from at home or your local gym.
My goal is create a full fitness app for people like us that have good days and bad days. Some exercises can all be done from the floor, in your home. None of these require gym machines, and all were videoed at my own home, with equipment I've collected over the past few years.
I myself have hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, degenerative disc disease, and a plethora of other ailments that have tailored how I now approach fitness. I welcome moms, dads, seniors, middle agers, and those that simply don't feel comfortable in a gym setting.
