In the final week, we raise the bar with intensified challenges. Incorporating increased difficulty through weights or unstable surfaces, you’ll confront higher repetitions and varied routines to test your limits.
Note: Throughout the program, for any movement involving right/left actions, complete both sides to count as one repetition.
