The cable chaos workout uses primarily a pulley cable machine. You will hit a lot of muscle groups in a short amount of time by the simple transition of going from one exercise to the next, using the accessories on the hooks in the middle of the machine. The great thing about the pulley cable is that it provides constant resistance and tension on the muscle burning more calories.
