Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher

I have been a Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher for 13 years. I am a level 1 CHEK practitioner and Level 2 CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, having been taught under the influential teachings of Paul CHEK. Having trained a variety of clients with different goals and needs, I have created many programs and exercise prescriptions to fulfill those needs. As an ex sprint hurdler athlete I have had many injuries which has helped me to understand the importance of rehabilitation and corrective exercises integrated within a workout. In my experience there is no one size fits all approach, therefore variety of workouts and learning what your body is capable of ensures you will achieve those goals. The combination of the correct nutrition, training and a healthy lifestyle will take you to your body’s full potential. My content will include strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, mobility, cardio and functional workouts.
My Playbook will help you transform your body, gain lean muscle, shed bodyfat, tone up, improve fitness, lose weight, improve athletic performance, aid injury rehabilitation, improve core strength and correct postural imbalances.
Training Requirements
My workouts will consist of home workouts (all you will need is a mat, some may include equipment) and gym workouts all included within the monthly membership.
