What’s up guys, my name is Ryan Dengler! I’m currently a student at The Ohio State University and have been working out for over 7 years consistently now. I started out as a football, basketball, and baseball athlete and transitioned more specifically into powerlifting and bodybuilding after high school. I became a certified personal trainer when I was 18 years old and have trained hundreds of clients online since that time. I started up a fitness YouTube channel when I was 14 years old in order to help and inspire as many people as I could possibly reach. Since then, my YouTube has grown to nearly 150k subscribers and I put out new YouTube videos 1-2 times per week. I want to help all of you guys to become the best versions of yourselves, whether that’s in strength, hypertrophy, athletics, etc, so let’s get to work and start pushing ourselves towards progressing every single day!

Goals

With a very football and athletic focused background in high school, I started training with powerlifting and bodybuilding since I was 14 years old. I want to be able to provide a wide variety of training you can follow including strength, hypertrophy, athletics, HIIT cardio, etc. Through my programs and workouts, you’ll be forced to push yourself every single day, set goals, and seek continual progress. I am not about complacency. By training with me, we are about getting after it every day!

Training Requirements

My strength and hypertrophy programs will require access to some simple gym equipment, (squat rack, bench press, barbell, plates, etc) I trained for 5 years specifically in a basement gym, so you do not need any fancy equipment to build a great physique or build strength. Dumbbells and barbells allow you to perform almost any exercise you could need to do.

Accomplishments

I am a certified personal trainer with 7 years experience with bodybuilding and powerlifting style training. I have trained hundreds of clients through macro coaching and training programs online and have built up a fitness YouTube channel with nearly 150k subscribers and over 200k followers on Instagram.
