BUILD at Home aims to increase or maintain strength, lean muscle, and improve core stability using minimal equipment.
Equipment you will need for this program: Barbell, Bench, Chair, Dumbbells, Foam Roller, Kettle Bell, Resistance Band, Squat Rack, Weight Plates
This is a 5 day program, a new week will be added each Sunday at 9am EST. The program consists of 4 days of workouts and 1 day of active recovery.
