In this 6 week program we will focus on progressive overload, building functional strength and conditioning. 2 upper body and 2 lower body workouts per week 40-60 min in length, as well as one scheduled active recovery day. Each day you will start with one of your major compound lifts, move into accessory work and either a conditioning or core circuit. This program is specifically designed to by cycled over and over, so you know you are getting stronger and making progress!

I am a personal trainer, certified pre/postnatal exercise specialist and a movement enthusiast! I believe there is JOY in movement for all bodies. I always focus on foundational and functional strength, progressive overload and safe and enjoyable exercise. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
