My initial fitness stage was on the track and field sprinting the 100m, 200m and long jump. I won many first place gold medals during this time. I slowly evolved to weight training because I needed weights to be strong for running anyhow so it was a natural movement. From years of training and learning I’ll be implementing lots of different training systems and principles to which may be a little unorthodox but it’s the extra little things which go a long way. I studied personal training, nutrition and became an NLP practitioner to understand people more. Most people want to increase strength, increase lean tissue and lose fat but keep off body fat. This is going to be much of our focus. Even in my worst condition I’ve always had a 6 pack. This is because I’ve always remained metabolically flexible enabling me to shake it off as quick as I’ve put on fat. I’m an advocate of health optimisation so lifting weights is great but optimal biohacking procedures are a staple to my recovery and longevity. I want to teach these methods

Goals

Most people focus on training. I focus more on recovery. You’ll learn different techniques and training systems that will maximise your strength, endurance and happiness. you’ll also get to learn about being injury free. I’ve trained for over 26 years with no injury. I’ve had small signs of pain but nothing too aggressive. We are in it for the long game. Let’s keep it that way.

Training Requirements

We will have a mixed arrange of equipment to use so find what works and we can get started. To maximise your learning and training you can get some extra equipment if you don’t have access to it in a gym or leisure centre. We’ll be looking at: Resistance weights (dumbbell and barbells) Kettlebells Swiss (exercise ball) Floor/mats TRX/ Suspension Gliders Water

Accomplishments

As lifting weights became a staple part of my training I naturally merged into body building. I’ve won 5 natural championships, won 2 pro cards, 1 international top ten and 1 runner up world championship. Leading to this point I had been featured in mens health, men’s fitness, muscle and fitness, healthy for men, ultra fit, and fabulous. I’ve been sponsored by some leading brands sports supplements: PHD nutrition, Shredz and biotechusa. I continue to align myself with the best.
