All Terrain Athletes is your online fitness program that allows you to train whenever and wherever you want. Select your starting level and progress through the ranks in becoming The All Terrain Athlete. In 2009 I began my professional fitness career as a strength and conditioning coach for The University of San Diego. Since then I have worked with 100’s of private clients from San Diego to San Francisco. I owned and operated a Kettlebell Gym, competed in CrossFit, worked with junior college sports team as well as hosted multiple corporate events. I am a firm believer in mastering the basics and attacking them with consistency and effort. In my program you will follow along with all my coaching strategies and programming starting from my foundation series building your base level of fitness, learning proper form and techniques. Once your four week foundations course is complete you will advance into the strength series. The strength series has two levels, each level is three months long with consistent progressions with kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight training. When your strength series has completed you will enter the Athlete series! A year long program where we will use all aspects of fitness. This course will help you become the best version of yourself allowing you the freedom to live the life you truly want to live
My playbook course will undoubtedly increase your strength and conditioning, build lean muscle and decrease body fat. Training in the All Terrain Athletes program you’ll quickly see positive results physically, however what you will also achieve is a much greater sense of self-esteem, confidence and courage. All Terrain Athletes is not just a fitness platform, it’s a lifestyle for all of us seeking adventures in the outdoors and the physical body to achieve greatness.
Training Requirements
My workouts are designed to be completed at home or outdoors! No gym membership required. Our foundations series is body weight only. Once you make it into the strength series each athlete will need a kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells, jump rope and a yoga/workout mat.
10+ years professional training. Certifications in; NASM, RKC, FMS II, CrossFit.
