Your glutes play a large role in supporting your lower back. You are on your feet a lot in the day! About Richard Brindley

From the age of 7, Richard was nurtured through a sports academy catering his skills around health, fitness and nutrition to become a Professional Footballer - an industry where 99% are not successful. In 2012, Richard was released from Premier League side Norwich City and endured rejection after rejection from clubs at ALL levels, but he kept going ā€“ 10 years later he is still a Professional Footballer, all thanks to one yes! After losing a loved one through suicide - helping others in health & fitness has become a real driver for Richard. As a professional sportsman, Richard has worked with many experts in the fitness world, whilst acquiring a wealth of knowledge in health, fitness & nutrition. He is extremely passionate about making a difference and making a real impact on peopleā€™s mental and physical lifestyle. Richardā€™s fitness programming is built to cater the elite and non-elite athletes with a dynamic style that has been proven to be beneficial in his profession for over 10 years.
