From the age of 7, Richard was nurtured through a sports academy catering his skills around health, fitness and nutrition to become a Professional Footballer - an industry where 99% are not successful. In 2012, Richard was released from Premier League side Norwich City and endured rejection after rejection from clubs at ALL levels, but he kept going – 10 years later he is still a Professional Footballer, all thanks to one yes! After losing a loved one through suicide - helping others in health & fitness has become a real driver for Richard. As a professional sportsman, Richard has worked with many experts in the fitness world, whilst acquiring a wealth of knowledge in health, fitness & nutrition. He is extremely passionate about making a difference and making a real impact on people’s mental and physical lifestyle. Richard’s fitness programming is built to cater the elite and non-elite athletes with a dynamic style that has been proven to be beneficial in his profession for over 10 years. Outside of his footballing career, Richard acted on his passion in 2017 and carried out research & development around health and nutrition, studying the science of the brain & body for better performance & recovery. 3 years later he has built his supplement company, Different Nutrition (DN) which aims to provide more quality, integrity & service. DN offers high-quality products that are trusted by athletes.
