Hi there! My name is Randa Alami, creator and owner of U-KRAVE Fitness Studio in Lake Worth, Florida. There, I lead my “Krew” in a wide array of crave-able group fitness classes as well as train clients one on one. I graduated with a Bachelors in Biological Science and rerouted my career from medicine to fitness when I found it was my passion. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist and corrective exercise specialist. Here on the app, I’ll push you as part of my “Krew” to be all U-KRAVE to be!! What are the goals of the program?
The goal of “Cardio Kick” is to empower you using bodyweight movements inspired by cardio kickboxing! No black belt required! Come with only your body weight and a willing attitude to GET. IT. DONE! This class will target the ENTIRE body and help build both cardiovascular endurance and strength 💪🏼
How to schedule the program into a week?
This is a great workout to help you mix up your pure cardio and pure strength sessions. Once a week is a great challenge to help boost your metabolism and help burn excess calories.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Any and all levels can benefit from this workout! Modifications are given and you can come back and see just how strong you’ve gotten and how much better your endurance it!🔥
