I have been in the fitness industry for over 5 years and have helped thousands of people transform their bodies and reach their goals. The type of content I will be sharing will be based on weight training as well as bodyweight workouts. Goals

My playbook will help you increase lean muscle mass while maintaining and gaining strength. Along with that you will also find information on nutrition as well as bodyweight workouts for weight loss, muscle building and increase in overall fitness levels.

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done at home and at the gym however for home workouts you would need minimal equipment such as, dumbbells, a barbell, yoga mat and some sort of resistance bands
