Tabata train like a CEO with Strauss Zelnick! Strauss is the CEO of hit video game company, Take-Two Interactive (Grand Theft Auto, Mafia, NBA 2K and many more) 

Its hard to make excuses about working out  when you're hanging with Strauss. Not only the CEO of Take-Two Interactive, Strauss runs a private equity firm called ZMC. 

Strauss: This is one of his favorite weekly workouts. Its intense, just to warn you! This tabata training workout consists of 8x 20 second workout intervals  with only  10 seconds rest between exercises. It really taxes the muscles. 

You should start with light weight because the rep count gets high fast and you're likely going to run out of gas much sooner than you'd expect!

I use a tabata training timer app. There are many options available Apple and Android!

Ab Rollouts with Wheel

Keep it simple, use a moderate pace - a lot of hard work ahead!

Crunches

Push to get 30! Back and palms flat. Raise your legs with a steady pace and don't let them hit the ground!

Lying Leg Raises

Lean on your shoulder blades and keep your heels planted on the floor. Push up/thrurst with your hips!

Hip Bridges/Thrusters

FIrst tabata workout - 8 sets of 20 second intervals and 10 second rest between sets! Start with a light weight and get as many reps in as you can every 20 second round. Work at a moderate pace, don't burn out early in the exercise!

Goblet Squat (Tabata)

Your shoulders are going to burn a bit on this one. Hold both weights up and press one at a time while holding the other up. Again, 8 sets of as many as you can for 20 seconds and a 10 second rest between rounds.

Shoulder Press (Tabata)

Pullups

Start with an easier weight. You can always go up. I like to start the rep with my arms at 90 degrees.

Low Incline Bench (Tabata)

Keep your back straight and posture firm.

Lat Machine Row (Tabata)

One arm straight up KB walk, switch arms after about 25 yards; 3 times

Kettlebell Walk

Maintain good form, the raises should go slightly past your shoulders.

Front + Side Raise (Tabata)

Start with an easier wait. Form is very important on this exercise.

Upright Rows (Tabata)

Alternating Arm Bicep Curl (Tabata)

Note my son in the background "you can get deeper than that, come on!"  Want your arms to get to a 90 degree angle
