Once a #1 middleweight contender, Michael now runs a NYC gym called 'Aerospace' where he trains starlets like Adrianna Lima. Basic combinations:
 1-2 (Jab-R Cross)
 1-1-2 (Jab-Jab-Cross)
 1-2-3 (Jab-Cross-L Hook)
 1-2-3-2 (Jab-Cross-Hook-Cross)
 1-2-5-2 (Jab-Cross-L Uppercut-Cross)
 1-6-3-2 (Jab-R Uppercut-L Hook-R Cross)
 2-3-2 (R Cross-L Hook-R Cross)

Grab a pair of dumbbells 5-10 lbs and knock out a few combinations. Shoot for 1-3 min.

Shadow Boxing w/ weights

Looking to do speed work here. Grab light dumbbells or go free weight. Mix up the combinations. Box for 1-3 min.

Feel the burn. Use weights to increase difficulty and loss of feeling in legs.

Alternating Lunges

Start in normal V-Sit position and slowly lower your arms and legs until Hollow Hold. Keep your core activated. Hold for 30s. Rest for 30s. Repeat if your abs allow.
