Today we are building 3D Delts, hitting all 3 heads and finishing with one exercise for traps

Please read the descriptions so you don't miss DropSets

Have a killer workout 💪

Last set is a DropSet, drop the weight for 30% and perform exercise for another 10 reps

Dumbbell Press

Since we are doing single-arm flyes, the rest time will be less, once you finish with both arms, rest for 30 seconds and repeat

One Arm Dumbbell Flyes

The last set is a DropSet, drop the weight for 40-50% and perform the exercise for another 12-15 reps

Wide Grip Upright Row

- Grab criss crossed cables in each hand, arms extended out in front of your body
- Keeping a slight bend in the elbows
- Move your arms backward and outward until you have reached full extension
- Reverse movement back to starting position

Rear delt cable fly

Incline bench rear delts dumbbell flys

- Keeping your arms straight, roll your shoulder back 
- Shrug your shoulders up towards your ears 
- Pause for full contraction

Great. I may have gone to heavy to start on the db shoulder press, but the workout was great all in all! Been following you guys since I started working out 3 years ago. I love the workouts yall put out. I’m also a twin so that’s another reason why I’ve followed y’all.
