Hey guys, today we will be combining two muscle groups that work perfectly together. After Chest Workout your triceps will be already pre exhausted and all we need to finish it with 3 more exercises for maximum growth 💪😊

Last Set is a DropSet
Dropping the weight for 30-40% and performing exercise for another 10 Reps

Incline Barbell Press

Last Set is a DropSet, dropping weight for 50% and performing exercise for another 15 reps

Incline Dumbbell Press

Don’t rush and control the weight 
Don’t forget to squeeze hard on the top 
The amount of reps is TOTAL for both movements

Dumbbell Flyes + Close Grip Chest Press

Always focus on mind and muscle connection to press with your Chest only , not your shoulders. Lower the weight if needed

T Bar Chest Press

Chest Cable Flyes

1. Attach a rope to a cable stack as high as possible and assume a standing position.
2. Grasp the rope with a neutral grip (palms facing in) and lean forward slightly by hinging at the hips.
3. Initiate the movement by extending the elbows and flexing the triceps.
4. Pull the rope downward until the elbows are almost locked out and then slowly lower under control back to the starting position

Cable Rope Triceps Extension

Lay on a bench with a exz bar in hands
-Hinge at the elbows bringing the bar just above your head
-Extend your arms back to full extension
-Repeat

Great. I may have gone to heavy to start on the db shoulder press, but the workout was great all in all! Been following you guys since I started working out 3 years ago. I love the workouts yall put out. I’m also a twin so that’s another reason why I’ve followed y’all.
