This is a basic smoothie that I love to make throughout the week. Fruits, veggies and healthy fats. Enjoy!


Spinach (Popeyes favorite, a superfood loaded with vitamins and minerals)

Orange juice (get those vitamin c’s)

Banana (high in potassium which works as an electrolyte inside your body)

Blueberries, blackberries (great source of antioxidants and fiber)

Almond butter (keeps you full for longer and healthy fat/protein)

Grounded flaxseeds (aid in digestion and high in omega-3 fatty acids)

Spirulina (an algae filled with nutrients and antioxidants)

Maca powder (natural energy booster)
