Who finishes these in 30 min?! Took me 40 (if my heart rate gets too high I wait for it to get down a bit before moving onto the next exercise. Doc said to always be able to hold a convo during workouts). When I saw those lunges I was like 😫😫 but they are much better timed than when I need to count them. Overall feel awesome!!
