The intervals portion is missing an exercise that’s listed in the description. There’s also no rest timer so I had to manually fix the 45 second timer to make it 15 seconds of rest in between the exercises. Otherwise this was a quick, fun, and sweaty workout!

Quick, sweaty, effective! The three best things in a workout! 🤗 Minor side comment: there are 6 moves listed in the description but only 5 of them are queued in the workout. I did the 6th one, too, but thought to mention here. 🙂
