About Niki SugarySixpack

Online personal trainer

I’m a former D1 collegiate runner that had to re think what fitness meant to me after graduation and then again after becoming a mom. I’ve trained in every style from distance running to cross fit and finally found a balance that creates fitness, function and strength all during nap time 😁 I also focus a lot on core function and strength especially in pregnancy and postpartum because being a mom doesn’t mean you now have to deal with leaks, diastasis or other common pregnancy and postpartum complaints. Being a mom means you need to be stronger than ever and I can’t wait to help you get there!

Frequently asked questions

What are the goals of the program?
To learn how your core is meant to work for you in pregnancy, postpartum and any phase of life. These videos help with creating optimal function for optimal strength, protecting your core (including the pelvic floor) in pregnancy, and protecting and healing it postpartum.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Watch the quick videos and practice the techniques as you find time. You’ll also start to wise them in your workouts and daily life to protect and strengthen your core!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Stick with the techniques! It can feel like there’s a lot to learn but practice gradually and consistently until they start to become natural!
What do I need to participate in this program?
Your body, a willingness to be consistent, and a few minutes here and there! I show a few exercises with a yoga block or pilates ball but they can be switched for things like a small stool and a puffy pillow.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Everyone! The information and techniques are especially important for anyone pregnant or postpartum (no matter how far) or having issues with diastasis recti or incontenance.
