I learned a lot about diaphragmatic breathing during my pregnancy and used it as a tool throughout (thanks to you !) . Something previously I would have never considered. Now in postpartum I’m learning how important it is to have for optimal function of my core and pelvic floor. It’s crazy but it feels like a workout in itself . As much as I want to get back into working out how I was when I was pregnant and even before I want to do what’s best for my body and really focusing on strengthening my pelvic floor muscles .
