When life seems mundane, do small things with great love

Great message! I feel myself in these moments certain times of the month so it's likely hormonal for me. Also nursing my son so my hormones are up and down. If I don't pull myself out of it I tend to eat for comfort or skip a workout or choose something not great for my body so it's so important and try to move on from it.
