- Get back to it (great for beginners or starting again after an extended period)
- Get Fit Guide (months 1 & 2. High impact/higher intensity. follow along)
- 30 Min Fit (great for those in a time crunch!)
*if you choose 30 min for, follow as laid out even though it’s not labeled for weeks and days ex: week 1 day 1*
- Fit Class 30 (I do the entire workout with you follow along)

Absolutely agree and use this mantra everyday. I have a medical condition that may cause mobility issues in my future and exercising daily is a key to preventing progression. Your program has become a big part of my life and has made me appreciate my abilities to keep up with my daughter.  It is also helping me plan/prepare for the necessity to stay in shape for another baby next year (hopefully). Thank you for the motivation.

I’m sure I’ll be saying this a million times but thank you for being so realistic. Your “time available” example really hit home. I also have 2 kiddos and I also have limited time available to me! So thank you for reiterating that it is okay to do what you can! “Fitness culture” can look so unrealistic and I appreciate your realness.
