Hey y’all! I’m so glad you are here! I want to start by saying how proud I am of you for taking this step to work on becoming your best self and accomplish your goals. I’m honored to be able to be apart of your fitness journey. A little about me…. Fitness has always been apart of my life and a passion of mine. It all started when I was born into a family of martial artists. The minute I learned how to walk my dad was teaching me how to kick and punch. Fast forward 27 years and I’m now a 5th degree blackbelt and run classes at our family owned business. As I got older I quickly realized I had a passion for training and working out. I loved how it made me feel, the confidence I built in myself and the results I was getting from putting my health and fitness first. From there I went on to get certified as a personal trainer because I wanted to help others become the best version of themselves just like I was able to do for myself. We’re in this together and I’m so excited to work with you. I provide a variety of workouts from home to gym programs, to kickboxing and core workouts. Whether you’re just starting on your fitness journey or have been training for a while now there’s a little something for everyone here.
My workouts/programs will help you build muscle, gain strength physically and mentally and most importantly build confidence in yourself inside and outside of the gym.
Training Requirements
Most of all the workouts will require dumbbells at some point! Home Program: - Dumbbells - Bench (If you don’t have a bench at home you can always use a chair or couch, get creative). Gym Program: - Dumbbells - Squat Rack - Kettlebells - Bench Core Workouts: - Dumbbells - Medicine Ball Some will only require body weight.
