Hey y’all! I’m so glad you are here! I want to start by saying how proud I am of you for taking this step to work on becoming your best self and accomplish your goals. I’m honored to be able to be apart of your fitness journey. A little about me…. Fitness has always been apart of my life and a passion of mine. It all started when I was born into a family of martial artists. The minute I learned how to walk my dad was teaching me how to kick and punch. Fast forward 27 years and I’m now a 5th degree blackbelt and run classes at our family owned business. As I got older I quickly realized I had a passion for training and working out. I loved how it made me feel, the confidence I built in myself and the results I was getting from putting my health and fitness first. From there I went on to get certified as a personal trainer because I wanted to help others become the best version of themselves just like I was able to do for myself. We’re in this together and I’m so excited to work with you. I provide a variety of workouts from home to gym programs, to kickboxing and core workouts. Whether you’re just starting on your fitness journey or have been training for a while now there’s a little something for everyone here.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
