Description: Shoulders

- Holding a TRX strap in each hand, lean back and maintain tension through the strap
- Pull your body toward the handles 
- Engage your back as you pull
- Slowly lower your body back down while keeping your feet in place the entire time

TRX high row

- Keeping your arms straight, roll your shoulders back 
- Shrug your shoulders up towards your ears 
- Pause for full contraction

Kettlebell shrugs

- Start by sitting with elbows 90 degrees and handle in each hand
- Press directly up overhead
- Lower slowly back to starting position

Seated barbell shoulder press

- Keep a 90 degree bend at the elbow
- Raise your arms until you reach shoulder height 
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Seated 90 degree lateral raise

- Hold a barbell in front of your body palms facing you
-Lying at slight incline
- Raise your elbows up and to the sides, pulling the bar towards your chin
- Return the bar back to starting position

Incline upright row

- Neutral Grip palms facing inward
Raise the dumbbells until you reach shoulder height
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Seated dumbbell front raise

This is the very first structure I’ve had from an outside source…I haven’t wanted to commit to a full time trainer but came across this app..I just completed my first workout and I am impressed beyond words…it’s so perfect for me because it’s really simple and very easy to navigate…yet highly effective…I am so excited!!
