Swing Strong is specifically designed to strengthen your swing through transition in Tricking. However, it will improve ALL transitional skills as the goal of this program is to improve your ground contact time, responsiveness, agility and explosiveness. Swing Strong is 3x/wk for 4 weeks, with a strength/stability day, mobility day and skill/power day. It is designed so that you can train your swings alongside this program without being burned out. Feel free to complete the mobility workout more as needed. Lastly, feel free to follow this program for longer than 4 weeks alongside your tricking sessions and other training. Lets get into it!

Physical Therapist & Tricking Athlete

Neil Toussaint is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Athletic Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach to top performers in the Atlanta TV/Film industry. He has also served the Broadway performing arts community in productions such as Wicked, Moulin Rouge, Lion King & more. He got his start in the athletic performance and recovery world through the practice of Martial Arts Tricking. Tricking is an acrobatic discipline combining movements from martial arts, gymnastics, breakdancing, and more. As a Tricking Athlete of 17+ years, he is passionate about helping his clients live a life without limitations. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
