Do I need to be able to a full pistol squat to do this program? No! There are many ways to modify this exercise. Also, we do the pistol squat much less than you may be thinking during this program!

Do I need X Equipment (Kettlebells, barbells, bands, etc.) Not necessarily, get creative! As long as we are training movement patterns to a degree where it is challenging (while good form is maintained) then we are golden!
For example, I use barbells during most of the lifts in order to show how to do the exercise in that way. If you don't have access to a barbell or it is simply too much weight, then just hold your weight in the form of dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.
Will this help me with X skill? I have had noticeable improvements in the ease and power in my tricking - which is saying a lot after 17+ years in the game! While this is not skill training, it will train your strength, power and mobility in ways that make your skills easier.

* Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
* Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
